Aquarium Overnight for Juniors on Jan 8-9

Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts is hosting a special Overnight for Junior Scouts at the New England Aquarium on Jan 8-9 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Juliette Scouts in grades 4 & 5 may also register.
What better way to learn about strange and fascinating animals and their underwater world! Junior Scouts will spend the evening participating in hands-on science experiments and art activities, then enjoy a snack and bed down to sleep in an exhibit.
The following morning, after continental breakfast, they'll discover the rest of the Aquarium before it opens to the public. They can hear a Giant Ocean Tank Talk or have a guided tide pool experience. Participants are invited to spend the rest of the day exploring the Aquarium.
Each Scout will receive an overnight patch for FREE admission into the Aquarium any day during the calendar year on the patch (wear the patch!)
Troop volunteers are required to attend with their troop, at just the required Safety-Wise ratios of 2 adults for the first 5 girls and 1 adult per additional 5 girls. Juliette and individual scouts must register with an adult.
Registration deadline is when the event fills up or on or before Dec. 8.
Registration fee is $54 per Scout and $54 for Troop leaders and adult volunteers.
To register, visit the Council Web site, and click on programs.
