Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and Lil Folk Farm is offering a Horse Sampler program on March 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Holliston for Junior Scouts. Juliette Scouts in grades 4 & 5 may register, also.
Do you have a desire to learn more about horseback riding?
Come spend the afternoon with your fellow Girl Scouts for a riding sampler.
Junior Scouts will learn to groom horses, learn about care and feeding, learn to lead a horse, and learn to mount and steer a horse on their own.
This program meets some badge requirements for Juniors.
The program takes place at Lil Folk Farm, 1070 Washington St. in Holliston.
Registration is $15 per Scout. Leaders are free.
Juliette & Individual Scouts may register but must attend with an adult chaperone.
